Razzl Dazzl Hair is delighted to offer you a straight forward return and exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your items purchased from us, please request a return here within 30 days from date of purchase.

All our items are subject to the below return and refund policy, except sale items.  

All items must be returned unused, in its original condition as well as in original packaging.

Razzl Dazzl Hair Extensions:

We are happy to accepts a return on exchange for our 100% human hair clip-in extensions if it is requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that hair extensions are considered a hygienic product by law and we are unable to offer a return or exchange if the non-tamper seal on your packaging is broken and/or the extensions are removed from the box. All Razzl Dazzl Hair extensions come with a tester weft in the same color and quality as the set you’ve purchased so that you can be sure about your purchase before breaking the warranty void seal.    



Refund Eligibility:
Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons there is a strict "no refund" policy on used and opened product. No exceptions will be made. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not return of opened items for the same reasons.
Altering the hair in any way is at your own risk and quality can not be guaranteed, therefor returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the product has been altered. Altering includes cutting, trimming, razoring, removing clips, toning, dying, coloring, purple shampoo, swimming in chlorine water & more.  


Razzl Dazzl Hair Styling tools:

We are happy to issue a return or exchange on all styling tools provided they are returned unused, in their original condition and packaging along with all the accessories (heat mat, glove, etc.) they come with. Your returned purchase will be inspected by our team at the warehouse it is sent to before we issue you a refund or exchange.

Please note that all Razzl Dazzl Hair styling appliances come with a 1- year limited manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect,  you are eligible for a replacement of your Razzl Dazzl Hair Appliance within the warranty period. The 1-year warranty period is valid from the date of delivery. The warranty is not applicable under the following circumstances:


  • The product sustaining any normal wear and tear (scratches, fading etc) 
  • Willful damage, accident or negligence
  • Abnormal storage or usage of the appliance 
  • Failure to operate or use the appliance in accordance with the guidelines stated in this user manual 
  • Any repair or modification carried out by any third party
  • The theft or loss of the product


Returns received at our facility by mail within 30 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 30 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside UAE clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.



The above-mentioned terms are applicable for all international shipments outside of the UK & GCC (UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait). However,  please note that international shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. However, in the unlikely event of order errors from our end , we will be happy to offer you a free exchange or return.


For order refunds, we are happy to issue a return label but. it is subject to a £20 returns and restocking fee before the refund is issued back to the method of payment used at the time of checkout.


Exchanging your Razzl Dazzl Hair extensions for a new shade:

We are happy to offer you an exchange for a different shade of Razzl Dazzl Hair Extensions at no additional cost provided that the non-tamper seal on the box is intact and/or the extensions are not removed from the box. Please use the 'request a return' link at the top of this page or email us at with your name, order ID and the set of extensions you would like in exchange for the one purchased to initiate an exchange.

Please note that our warehouse team will inspect your returned extensions to ensure they are unused and the non-tamper seal is intact before issuing an exchange on your order. If your extensions are received opened or your non-tamper seal appears broken, we are unable to issue an exchange or refund.




At Razzl Dazzl Hair, we strive to make your shopping experience  pleasant. Our team works prodigiously to fulfill and dispatch your orders as soon as we receive them. We are hence unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it is placed. We therefore request you to ensure that all shipping and billing details are accurate before your confirm an order. In the event of an error while placing your order or if you would like to cancel your order altogether, Kindly email us immediately at with your name and order number. Please note that while we try our best to support your requests, we cannot always guarantee any order changes or cancellations.



Razzl Dazzl Hair is an E-Commerce Hair extensions brand and not a manufacturer. All product details and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Our styling appliances have gone though quality testing and Certifications (CB, G-mark, ESMA and UKCA) under our Brand name.



Razzl Dazzl Hair is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase. Please note that any import duties and taxes incurred are charged by customs in your country of residence and not by Razzl Dazzl Hair.


If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, the order will be returned to our warehouse and subject to a $10 return and restocking fee before the payment is refunded back to the method of payment used at checkout.



We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The reason to refuse service could include excessive duplicate returns or exchanges, failure to comply with our communication guidelines (display of profanity, racist or harmful remarks on our website, social media channels, emails, live chat, etc.) or suspected purchase to copy or duplicate our brand’s intellectual property.
