The larger flap with the ‘warranty void’ seal should be unopened and not tampered with. Since hair extensions are considered a hygiene product, we cannot offer refunds or exchange on boxes where the ‘warranty void’ seal is broken.
PLEASE OPEN THE SMALLER FLAP ON THE BOX LABELED ‘OPEN ME FIRST’ AND CHECK THE COLOR OF YOUR RAZZL DAZZL HAIR EXTENSIONS. ONCE YOU ARE SURE ABOUT THE COLOR MATCH AND DECIDE TO KEEP YOUR SET OF EXTENSIONS, YOU MAY OPEN THE LARGER FLAP. THE SAMPLE 1-CLIP WEFT IS A PART OF THE ENTIRE SET.
When you return your purchase, be sure to include the original packaging and the TESTER portion from your set of Razzl Dazzl Hair extensions as it is part of the full set of extensions! The TESTER piece may NOT be died, cut or altered in any way in order to still receive a refund for the extensions or a color exchange. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
Our styling appliances are state-of-the-art, high quality and come with a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty that ensures repair or replacement of the product due to any malfunction. However, if you wish to initiate a complete refund on your purchase, the product should be unused and in the same condition as it is delivered to you.
When you return your purchase, be sure to include the information booklet, the inner tray, and any accessories such as heat-protective gloves included in the box.

To Initiate a Return, You may contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product details and reason for return/exchange. A member of our support team will contact you with the return label and initiate a pick-up.
Your returned goods will be picked up by our courier partners within 2-4 days from the time the return is initiated. Once the return is received by our warehouse, you will be notified with the confirmation of refund or exchange via email.
Items purchased from Razzl Dazzl Hair are elibigle for refund if unused and the refund is initiated within 10 days from date of delivery. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
