Fair trade. Hair trade.

From our humble beginnings in 2017, we have always strived to keep our supply chain transparent and congruent to our own ethical standards. As we continue to expand globally, we strive to push the bar higher and continue to implement conscious, more sustainable practices.

Our hair is ethically sourced from pilgrims in India who voluntarily donate hair at temples as a religious offering.

The temples then auction the hair to hair extensions manufacturers and use the income for various charitable causes.

Our factories are vertically integrated with our raw material supplier, allowing us to control the origin and quality of hair.

The hair is then chemically treated, depigmented and custom coloured into one of our many amazing shades.

Our charity partners

We have partnered with The Pink Ribbon Foundation, a grant making trust with a mission to fund projects and provide financial support to UK charities which relieve the needs of people who are suffering from, have been affected by breast cancer, or who work to advance the understanding of breast cancer and its early detection and treatment.

Our factories

We pride ourselves in ensuring ethical labour practices and have chosen manufacturers who align with our values. Our factories only employ people of legal age and ensure a safe working environment with availability of potable water and regular meals. Housing is provided and workers are allowed to take afternoon breaks to rest in-between shifts.

The Razzl Dazzl Promise for 2025

As we grow with our global expansion, we have pledged to continue our efforts to operate consciously & reduce our overall carbon footprint.

We aim to merge our production and sourcing operations within our supply chain to reduce the usage of international logistics.

We will continue our efforts to make our packaging and shipping boxes reusable, recyclable and less wasteful.

We will pursue our ongoing efforts to regulate unrealistic standards of beauty in the industry and be more inclusive.
